New Clients

Give us a call today, we'd love to hear all about your project. After discussing the details - including budget, scope and timeframe - we'll get to work on an initial proposal to confirm we're on the same page. After you've had a chance to review the material, we'll take your feedback and compose a final proposal complete with quote and estimated delivery date.

Support

Although we take every precaution to prevent issues from arising, Murphy's Law sometimes rears it's ugly head and a support call is necessary. When that happens, we'll make you our highest priority until your case has been resolved. We'll respond to support calls within 24 hrs, usually resolving the case within that timeframe as well.

Alternatively, you may send an email to support@effectivedesigns.net and we will respond ASAP with an estimate of when the case will be resolved. You'll never be in the dark with your cases. We'll keep you updated on our progress and notify you immediately when the resolution has been applied.
